Tips
- You don’t have to read them, but save all upsetting messages you receive. Show them to your parents or a trusted adult right away. They will be able to help.
- Do not reply or respond in any way to an online bully.
- If you are being bullied but are not ready to talk to your parents, call Kids Help Phone, 1-800-668-6868. You can also post a question at www.kidshelpphone.ca.
